The 2025 HURRICANE SEASON started on June 1, and lasts until November 30, with many forecasters predicting above-average activity for the months ahead.
Early forecasts from six different institutions point to a slightly above-average 2025 Atlantic hurricane season! While sea surface temperatures (SST) in the tropical Atlantic are not as warm as last year, they are expected to remain warmer than normal. Warm SST combined with neutral El Niño or La Niña conditions typically provide the conditions for an above average amount of storms in the Atlantic. The probabilities of a named storm making landfall in the US or the Caribbean are also above average for 2025. These reasons alone make it imperative that your vessel be prepared for any tropical storm or hurricane that can reach South Florida.

Our Storm Care Service provides boat owners with dedicated oversight and on-location mooring and safety monitoring weekly to prevent any damage to your vessel that could result from inclement weather.

AVOID COSTLY REPAIRS
We all know how costly, complicated and time consuming repairing a damaged boat can be. The best way to avoid such scenario is to be prepared and to have a plan in place. We do the hard work for you, so you don’t have to. We make the plan, we execute the plan and we document the plan.
SUPPORT INSURANCE CLAIMS
God forbid your vessel gets damaged by a storm or that it damages any of the marina facilities, the first thing your insurance provider will ask you is: how did you prepare for the storm? What were the extra measures you took to avoid such damage? Can you show Us you were prepared? We provide our clients with a full “hurricane plan report” for all named storms in the area. This means that you will get a digital document showing any adjustments made to mooring lines, extra mooring lines, fenders or straps added, as well as photos of how everything looked before the storm hit. Should damage to your vessel still occur, you will be more than ready to support an insurance claim.
We recognize that each boat is unique and our crew is ready and capable of working on all wet slips and lifts located in Loggerhead Marina at Palm Beach Gardens. We specialize in custom care and mooring safety of all types of pleasure craft vessels, from center consoles and daily cruisers to small and large yachts.
For the year 2025 prices start at $10 a foot (LOA). When any extra safety gear is needed to secure your vessel it will be added to the standard service cost and charged at wholesale price (our price). We accept domestic bank wires for payment as well as all major debit and credit cards - remember that any credit card fees imposed by banking institutions will apply.
